a) To show the necessary attention, prudence, secrecy and promptness in the given works,

b) To give an advisory opinion on any legal issue that the Entity or its units want to be clarified, to follow up and finalize tax disputes in lawsuits and enforcement works belonging to the Organization.

c) In lawsuits and enforcement proceedings brought by the Organization or against EÜAŞ, if deemed appropriate and beneficial for the Organization, amicable settlement of disputes, waiver of the litigation, acceptance of the case, not following the case, not appealing or objecting, even if legal proceedings have not been started, to submit for approval the issues of waiving receivables that are not beneficial for collection and non-collectible receivables, considering the costs and effort to be incurred, in accordance with the limits of authority,

d) To keep and keep records about litigation, enforcement and tax disputes and other duties of the Legal Counsel,

e) To provide legal assistance and to express opinions on the legal aspects of the Contracts, Regulations, Directives and Circulars to be issued, upon request,

f) Participating in commissions and meetings deemed necessary in accordance with the legislation or by the General Directorate to give consultative legal opinions limited to legal matters,

g) To carry out the necessary studies on the follow-up and finalizing of litigation, enforcement and tax disputes in accordance with the principles of profitability and efficiency,

h) To obtain opinions from the Relevant Bar Association or the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, when necessary, on issues such as professional rights and authorizations,
