Duties of The Strategy Development Department
a) To carry out the works and procedures related to the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the enterprise investment program.
b) Within the scope of the supervision of the activities of the Organization; to examine the reports and decisions prepared by the Court of Accounts, the KIT Sub/High Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, to prepare the Agency's responses by ensuring the necessary coordination with the relevant units, and to conduct studies on the meetings of the KIT Sub/High Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
c) To coordinate the activities of determining the medium and long-term strategies and policies of the Organization within the framework of national development strategies, plans and policies.
d) To prepare the Strategic Plan of the Organization and to carry out the monitoring and evaluation studies related to this plan, to prepare the annual performance program and performance evaluation report and to send it to the relevant institutions.
e) To prepare the "Annual Activity Report" regarding the activities of the Organization that must be prepared in accordance with the legislation, to ensure that the report is published on the website, and to send it to the relevant unit for printing and distribution.
f) To prepare the annual sector report of the Organization and to send it to the relevant institutions and to ensure that it is published on the website of the Organization.
g) To ensure the coordination of activities related to the determination of the corporate targets of the organization, their monitoring and reporting in periods.
h) To prepare periodic reports related to the activities of the Organization and to send them to the relevant institutions and organizations.
i) To monitor the activities and developments carried out/to be carried out regarding the measures related to our activities included in the development plan, periodically, and to submit the requested information and documents to the relevant institution.
j) To follow up the realization status of the targets determined in relation to the Organization in the upper policy documents, plans, programs and projects by coordinating with the relevant units.
k) To compile the information and documents requested by the institutions and organizations regarding the activities of the Organization by coordinating with the relevant units and to submit them to the relevant authorities.
l) To compile the information and documents that will form the basis for the answers to the parliamentary questions sent to the Organization by the Ministry in coordination with the relevant units, and send them to the Ministry.
m) To monitor the credit/grant usage and expenditures of investment projects collectively and to prepare reports by periods.
n) To ensure coordination between international organizations and the Organization, to prepare requested information, documents and opinions.
o) To follow up and coordinate the procedures related to the membership of the Organization to international organizations, associations and unions and to initiate the necessary procedures for making payments related to membership.
p) To ensure that information and documents related to our activities are prepared and forwarded to the relevant authorities in order to ensure that the foreign relations of the Organization are carried out in a principle.
q) To carry out the harmonization activities, which fall within the scope of the duties, powers and responsibilities of the Organization within the framework of relations with the European Union, by ensuring coordination among the units of the Organization.
r) To obtain the necessary Ministry's Approval regarding the temporary assignments of the personnel of the Organization, and to send the travel reports they prepared as a result of their travels to the Ministry.
s) To obtain the necessary approvals for international travels and participation in domestic conferences, seminars, panels and similar organizations to be attended by the General Manager and Assistant General Managers.
t) To carry out the revision studies of the Organization's Main Status, Central and Provincial Organization Duties, Authorities and Responsibility Regulations and other regulations/directives prepared by the Presidency.
u) To carry out the works related to the internal control system in coordination with the relevant units.
v) To carry out the studies related to the detection, evaluation and monitoring of the emerging and / or possible risks related to the works and transactions carried out by the Organization, in coordination with the units.
w) To carry out the necessary studies related to the Service Inventory Management System (HEYS) and State Organization Central Registration System (DETSİS) projects within the scope of the Electronic Public Information Management System (KAYSIS) project, in coordination with the relevant units.
x) To carry out the works related to the standard file plan in coordination with the relevant units.
